Had an amazing stay with friends! We explored the Opera House and enjoyed the stunning views from the hotel's rooftop bar. The location is great, with easy access to the harbor and local attractions. Our room was spacious and clean. The friendly staff made our experience even better.
We had some trouble with the air conditioning. it was too cold and hard to adjust during the night.

The stay was delightful, especially with the gorgeous views from the Horizon Club room. Amenities, including a pod coffee machine and L'Occitane toiletries, added a touch of luxury. However, the long wait for check-in after being soaked from the rain was frustrating, and although staff were accommodating, better alternatives during that time would have been appreciated. Access to local attractions was convenient, especially with proximity to train stations, albeit with uphill walks when carrying luggage.

Stunning views, but needs TLC
We stayed for 2 nights and loved the view from our room, absolutely stunning! The location was great, close to all the attractions. The staff was really friendly, and the room service was on point, hot and delicious. Just a bummer that the gym had leaks and felt pretty old. Hope they renovate soon!

We had a fantastic time celebrating our anniversary at this hotel, enjoying an upgrade and a complimentary bottle of champagne upon our arrival. The indoor pool was a nice way to unwind, and we couldn’t resist the luxurious spa services available during our stay. The only downside was the early closing time of the lobby bar, but overall, it was a memorable experience! 🥂

Check-in took longer than expected since our room wasn't ready until after 4 PM. They offered a complimentary drink at the bar while we waited, which was a nice touch. The view from the 36th floor blew me away, overlooking Sydney Harbour. Breakfast was such a highlight with a fantastic spread. The staff added a lovely personal touch throughout our stay, making everything feel welcoming. However, the mix-up with the charges at check-out was annoying but got sorted in the end. Overall, I enjoyed my stay despite the initial hiccups.

Our room had breathtaking views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The bathroom was private with complimentary toiletries and a shower. We enjoyed the on-site spa services like the hot tub. Staff were friendly and very helpful, making the stay worthwhile despite a few maintenance issues with air conditioning and slow elevators.
